I was looking for a Red Pepper Jelly that doesn't have that useless, tasteless, burning heat. I remembered Manitoulin Island from the Sportsman Shows and looked them up. I bought a jar for me and one for my bestie. I don't remember it being so thick and dark, but the flavour is superb in my opinion. Thank you for a great product, from one who's memory ain't what it used to be!

This is a great glaze on chicken, fish, steaks ... really on anything. I've used it on too many foods to list to list. Try it ... you won't be disapointed.
