The Sheppard's Taters

A spectaular twist on the classic Sheppards Pie recipe. The kids picked these up like Hot Dogs with no hesitation and started to munch into them! These not only taste amazing but are fun and easy to make.

Ingredients Required:

1 Tbsp Classic Onion Dip
2 Tbsp Garlic sauce
1 Jar of Fruit Tomato Chili Sauce
1 lb ground beef
6 medium to large potatos
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup frozen corn

Directions: :

Wash, pierce with fork, brush with oil or butter and bake taters at 350 degrees for 50 min.

Cut potatoes in half, scoop out inside leaving the skins open like little boats :)

Mash up the insides in a bowl, with 2 Tbsp of Garlic sauce.

Brown the ground beef while adding 3oz of water mixed with 1 Tbsp of Classic Onion Dip Mix.

Once browned add 1/2 cup frozen peas and 1/2 cup frozen corn. Mix around and only cook for 5 min.

Scoop mixture into hollowed out potato skins, top with mashed up garlic potatoes.

Brown in 350 degree oven for 10 min. Top with our Fruit Tomato Chili Sauce
