What other ways do you use the rhubarb ginger chutney other than with pork?

I could eat the whole jar at once as a dip for tortilla chips (but I might get sick)! This is my favourite chutney. I have bought dozens of jars and only experienced slight discrepencies in taste in a few jars. I bought six last time and one was different from the rest, a bit more tart which I didn't like as much.
